▸ THE WIRE

Premium monthly newsletter — paid tier of The Signal

The full build,
not the summary.

The Wire ships every month: a 60-page PDF with full AI Labs, Deep Dive architecture breakdowns, actual code, and real API dollar costs. Built for operators who need the architecture, not the overview.

Hichem and Ayla reviewing architecture in The Wire's intelligence operator pod

Most AI content explains the concept.

You consume the AI content already out there: weekly newsletters, YouTube breakdowns, viral threads, course modules. You understand what agentic systems are, why they matter, what the right frameworks are. Then you try to build something real and hit a wall.

The wall is not a knowledge gap. It's an architecture gap.

That's the gap. The Wire closes it.

60 pages. Structured. Dense. No padding.

Every month, on the first of the month. Downloadable PDF, no DRM. Four sections:

20-25 pages

Labs

One or two full production builds. A system I shipped at Digital Fennec or inside Ayla OS, documented decision-by-decision. Code that runs in production. Cost accounting before and after optimization. Not a cleaned-up educational demo. The system as it actually ran, including what broke.

15-20 pages

Deep Dives

One topic, fully analyzed. A framework, a pattern, a failure mode, an emerging capability. Written for operators with enough context to apply it. Sources cited. Trade-offs named.

10-15 pages

Build Log

What I shipped at Digital Fennec and inside Ayla OS in the past month. Real work, documented. Architecture decisions and why. Things I'd do differently. Costs.

Appendix

Code and Configs

The actual code from the Labs section, formatted for reference. Copy it. Adapt it. Use it.

Four things. All included at every tier.

1. The monthly 60-page PDF

Delivered to your inbox on the first of each month. Downloadable. No DRM.

2. Hichem reads every email

Replies to any Wire email reach Hichem personally, not a support queue. He reads them all. He answers the specific, build-related questions that move someone forward — not free support, coaching, or strategy work. Members-only AMA thread runs monthly for the deeper architecture questions.

3. The free Signal, always

Everyone in The Wire gets The Signal too. The weekly issue continues.

4. Early access to everything

New products, playbooks, tools, course launches. Wire members get early access at Founder pricing before anything goes to the general list.

Operators who need the architecture, not the overview.

Not for you, if you're

  • Still in the "learning about AI" phase
  • Looking for general AI news coverage
  • Not yet sure what a context window is

Start with The Signal (free) and come back in 6 weeks.

Hichem Refes
25 years in ICT Allwebzone CEO Ayla OS builder

I'm Hichem Refes. I've been in ICT for 25 years.

I run Allwebzone, an AI agency. We design the architecture, ship the systems, and train the teams that operate them — agent strategy, hands-on consulting, production engineering, and corporate training. Digital Fennec is our sister IT services company.

I've spent the past six months building Ayla OS, an agentic operating system on top of Claude Code that orchestrates autonomous workflows for my business. It runs in production, on cron, every day, without me watching. When it breaks, it files its own fault report and tries to recover. I write about how it's built.

The AI content space is full of people who explain AI. The Wire is for people who ship it.

Building and shipping AI-assisted systems for enterprise clients across telco, finance, and retail. Allwebzone delivers the production builds. Ayla OS is the meta-system behind them.

Transparent pricing. No upsells. No upgrades.

Founder pricing is annual-only. This is intentional. The people who commit for a year at a meaningful discount are the people who will do the work. That's the community I want to build.

Questions you might be asking.

Is this just a newsletter?

No. A newsletter is 600-1,500 words that gives you a direction. The Wire is a 60-page technical document every month. The production context is the product.

Why pay when The Signal is free?

The Signal gives you the weekly signal. The Wire gives you the full architecture. Different use cases. Most readers will find that The Signal covers 80% of what they need. If you're building serious systems, the remaining 20%, the code, the costs, the failure modes, is what The Wire is for.

Does Hichem reply to every email?

Hichem reads every Wire email — that's the commitment. He replies to specific, build-related questions where a quick answer moves someone forward. He does NOT do free support, coaching, or strategy work over email. Those are billable hourly engagements at his standard rate. The monthly AMA thread is for the deeper architectural questions members want answered in the open.

What if I'm not happy?

Reply to any Wire email with "cancel" and you're done. Annual subscribers get a prorated refund for the remaining months if you cancel in the first 30 days.

Questions? Reply to any Signal email or reach out via the contact form.

The Wire launches in May 2026. Month 1 PDF drops when the first issue is ready. Founder seats fill in order of signup.
